14 June 2007. Eftekasat from Cairo performs oriental and contemporary jazz at the Cairo Jazz Club. The six-member band plays a mixture of jazz, rock and fusion with oriental and Mediterranean influences. Formed in 2002, Eftekasat released its first instrumental album, Mouled Sidi El-Latini (The Latin dervish), under the Lebanese record label Incognito in 2006 to popular acclaim. 22.30.
